Nfs Prostreet Ps3 Game Saves

then install a new hdd into my PS3 and then using my Ipod restore the backup data.. I didnt do a system restore, as it formats the hdd first, and just in case it didnt copy, i didnt try it.. will the NFS ProStreet save file carry over? Surely if you are backing it up like that it will, i've backed up my PS3 hdd before with the save file and it didnt sorta stop mid way and say 'hey, you cant copy this file' but i dunno if it actually backed it up or just skipped over it.. Any ideas on how to ghost 2x laptop hdds?. If i backup my entire PS3 harddrive to an external source using the System Backup feature, to my Ipod for example.. I guess the only other option then if it does skip it is to ghost the old hdd with the new one i want.. Ok so i know EA have this lame protection crap on their NFS ProStreet save files to prevent us from making back-up copies, stupid and typical EA move, but what i wanna know is. HERE
